WE ARE NOT A CHURCH!

Are you seeking truth? Are you dissatisfied with mainstream religious organizations? Does the Bible not seem to communicate to you? What are you going to do?  Yes, you could give up, but perhaps, deeper study and scriptural truth might help!

The Bible says: “for many be called, but few chosen.” (Matthew 20: 16)  We are also told: “because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”  According to what we just read from the Bible, you are seeking something that is very elusive.  You are seeking something that is not easy to find. The very fact that you are interested in looking beyond the obvious answers sets you apart.

I was raised in a church. I spent years not being satisfied with the teachings of many different churches. When I expanded my search beyond the churches and other major religious groups, I began to find what had eluded me for so long.

I have found my home with the Light of YahwehShua. We are not a church but a fellowship of faith. Please review our website and consider taking advantage of the guidance offered by one of our elders. There never is any obligation.

When I cried out for truth many years ago, I was desperate and afraid. In hindsight, that was the real beginning of my search for truth. But many years of searching were still ahead of me.

It was much later in life that I was given a shortcut that would reveal the truth more quickly. I want to share this with you and perhaps it will open your mind to a better understanding more quickly.

Today the Internet can be a very valuable resource for exploration and research. However, one must be very careful, as there is much more than just truth available. There are many lies and deceptions as well.

I am going to introduce you to an article, “Prove All Things” by a brother in the faith, George Gabler, who taught me the truth of YahwehShua. I will summarize some key points of this article, but please go to this website for the complete article:  http://kahalyahweh.net/articles/notes-on-prove-all-things.html.

If the Father is calling you at this time, this information could put you on a faster track. (John 6: 44, 65)

You must be willing to prove all things. (1 Thessalonians 5:21)  Mr. Gabler expands on this insight in the following way:

·      To prove all things does not mean getting instant understanding.  Be patient and     persistent.

·      If you do not understand, give it time. Set it aside, take a break and then continue later.

·      Search ALL Scriptures.

·      Do not rely on definitions or translations that support doctrine. Give the scriptures a chance to tell their own story and not just man’s perspective.

The most important first step is to pray to Yahweh for truth. You want HIS truth rather than man’s interpretation.  Paul tells us in Romans 8:7 that: “The carnal mind is enmity against Elohim.”  Our mind is not naturally open to Yahweh’s truth. He must allow our minds to be opened. Do you remember what we found in John 6:44, 65?  Unless the Father calls us, it is not our time and we will not be able to grasp the truth.

It is important not to just read translations and accept what they say. For example the word, church, is not scriptural. It has pagan origins. This is also true of Christmas, Easter, and hell.

Any organization that calls itself a church is not where you will find the truth you need. I’m going to give you some websites that will offer you a deeper understanding of what the word church really means.

I’m going to introduce you to the first website by quoting from their article, “Words with Heathen Origins in the Scriptures.”

“This is the word used in most English versions as a rendering of the Greek “Ekklesia.” The Greek word means “a calling out,” “a meeting,” or “a gathering.” Ekklesia is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew kahal, which means an assembly or a congregation.

The origin of the word “church” is kuriakon or kyriakon in Greek. The meaning is a building (the house of Kurios, or Lord).

Dictionaries give the origin of “church” as the Anglo-Saxon root, circe. Circe was the goddess-daughter of Helios, the Sun-deity. The word circe is related to “circus,”  “circle,” “circuit,” and “circulate.”

Circe was originally a Greek goddess whose name was written and pronounced as Kirke. The word “church” is known in Scotland as kirk, in Germany as kirche,  and in Netherlands as kerk.”

Here is a list of other websites that will provide more historical background and a deeper insight into the pagan origins of the word church.   Once you understand that the word church is based on a lie, how can the organization with this name lead you to truth?

The Origin of the Word“Church “ (updated)

This is a fascinating search. It is exciting to find the actual truth behind a certain word or concept. To find the path to the truth, you must develop the skills of a detective.

There is no translation of the Hebrew or Greek scriptures that I have found to be 100% accurate. For example, I was raised to read and accept the King James Version of the Bible. However, when I was led to look up the word, “LORD”, I discovered that it was not a proper translation of the Hebrew name for my Creator.  His name is Yahweh. His name is also known as the Tetragrammaton because it is composed of four Hebrew letters: yod, hey, waw, hey.  Without his name you cannot find your way to the full truth.

We read in Joel 2: 32 that: “Whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be delivered:” However, when you look in the King James Bible, the word is “LORD.” It is important to know the actual name of the person you are calling upon. A fictitious representation is not enough.

This is a very small beginning. There is much yet to learn. But it is a beginning! If you were being called, Yahweh will lead you. Take this one-day at a time. Pray daily multiple times each day to Yahweh for truth. At least now you know the correct name. When I cried for help I knew only the word, “god.” It was worthless!

In the book of Acts 2: 37, we are told that on Pentecost many of those present asked this question of Peter and the Apostles:  “Men and brethren what shall we do?”  They heard the truth and that was a beginning. But action was required. What did they need to do next?

Peter gave them an answer that is recorded in verse 38: “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name....” I did not reveal the name, did I?  Why did I do this?  Any name that you find in your Bible translation or any Bible translations I’ve seen is not the true name. You must have the correct name.

This is where you must read the other articles on this website to understand what the proper name is for baptism. Without the correct name for baptism, it is a wasted effort.

Churches and most assemblies or congregations do not have the correct name. Mainstream religious groups do not understand the significance of Deuteronomy 29:20, which says: “All the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him and Yahweh shall blot out his name from under heaven.”

A correct understanding of this verse is especially necessary to understand what we are told in Galatians 3:13: “Messiah hath redeemed us from the curse of the law.”  What were we redeemed from?  His name was blotted out, instead of ours. All mankind will NOT have their names blotted out. Only His name is blotted out. All mankind will be resurrected and not one will be lost.

Why is this important?  Messiah’s human name was erased or blotted out when he died in our sin.  Therefore he had to inherit a new name when he was resurrected.  (Hebrews 1: 4)  You must understand that he inherited a new name to understand the significance of the book of Acts 4:12 that tells us: “There is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” The world does not know this. They hold on to his human name:  Jesus, Yahshua, Yeshua, Yahushua --pick one. It doesn’t really matter which of these names you select, they are all incorrect. Baptism in any of these names is worthless.

Religion has lied to you. Churches lie to you. You need to seek the less traveled path. You need to pray to Yahweh for truth!

Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 2:14 that: “The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of Yahweh.”  So, what makes the difference?  Paul gives us the answer in verse 16: “We have the mind of Messiah.”  How do I develop the mind of Messiah?

When we are baptized in YahwehShua, the Father freely gives us his Spirit. That Spirit plants the seed of Messiah’s Spirit within us.  From that spiritual seed, the mind of Messiah develops. It is His mind in us that leads us into all truth, not our natural or carnal mind. Paul confirms this in Romans 8:9: “If any man have not the Spirit of Messiah, he is none of His.”

Studying the Bible is like putting a puzzle together. You build a true picture piece by piece. This secret is revealed in Isaiah 28:9-10; “Whom shall he teach knowledge? And who shall he make to understand doctrine?  Them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.  For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little.”

Just reading the Bible will not by itself lead you to the truth. You must study and put the pieces together. Once again, it is not you but the leading of the Father’s spirit. Once you have the seed of the Spirit of Messiah being formed in you, it is not about you, but Messiah in you. (Galatians 4: 19)

What is the Curse of the Law? (It may not be what you think!)

Paul tells us in Galatians 3:13 that, “Messiah hath redeemed us from the curse of the law.“

What does this mean?

If you look on the Internet for answers, a selection of what you might find is listed below: (without editing)

1.    “The curse to which Paul refers is nothing less than exposure to the unmitigated wrath of God Almighty.”

www.ligonier.org/learn/devotionals/the-curse-of-the-law

2.    “The ‘Curse of the Law’ was death, which was needed to be paid for sin.”

https://biblethingsinbibleways.wordpress.com/2014/04/26/is-gods-law-a-curse/

3.    “Christians are not under the law”

“To be under the law means that a person is under the power of the law to judge and condemn anyone who breaks the law….”  “Since Christians have died with him, they are no longer under the law because he who has died is freed from the law.”

https://carm.org/are-christians-under-the-law

4.    “We’re free from the law!”

https://www.4-14.org.uk/wer-free-from-the-law

5.    “The judgment due to us for our sin is removed when we believe in Christ.”

http://letusreason.org/wf47.htm

The above citations give you a variety of opinions about what people consider the curse to be. The purpose of this article is not to analyze these other perspectives. Let us consider, instead, what the Bible tells us.

We are all physically dying because the wages of sin is death. (1 John 3: 4)  This is an experience that all people have in common. Therefore, Messiah did not redeem us from death. So death is not the curse that Paul is referring to in Galatians 3:13.

 So, what is the curse?

Let us look to Deuteronomy 29:20 for the biblical answer:

“Yahweh will not spare him, but then the anger of Yahweh and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and Yahweh shall blot out his name from under heaven.”

This verse indicates that the penalty for someone dying in sin, according to the law, is to have his or her name blotted out of the book of life. Now, this is a clear statement from the Bible. This is not taught by Christian writers that I have read. The curse then is having your name removed from the book of life.

How did Messiah redeem us from this curse? He became sin!   Paul confirms this in second Corinthians 5:21:  “For he hath made him [to be was added, it is not in the Greek] sin for us.”

The prophet, Isaiah, also confirms this in the book of Isaiah 53:6:

“Yahweh hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” All of the sins of mankind were placed on Messiah. This is why John can tell us, “the blood of Yahshua Messiah his son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1 John 1: 7)

Not one human being, except for Messiah, died in sin. We all die, but only Messiah died in sin. Death was not the curse. The curse was having your name blotted out for dying in sin.

Paul informs us that Messiah was, “made under the law”. (Galatians 4: 14)  He therefore had to die according to the law. In death, his blood absorbed all sin, our sin. Messiah did not sin. (1 Peter 2:22)  Therefore, he took on the curse of the law because of our sin. This freed each of us from suffering this same curse. Only Messiah had his name blotted out from the book of life.

Why is it important for us to know that the curse he suffered was the blotting out of his name? Because we need to know precisely what, “name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4: 12)  It is the name by which we must be baptized. (Acts 2: 38)  Simon Magus learned how precise the process of baptism was. (Acts 8: 18)  Yahweh is not the author of confusion. (1 Corinthians 14: 33)  You must follow the exact instructions given for baptism for it to be valid. This includes using the correct name.

Is the name for baptism Yahshua? No, that name was blotted out. The Messiah had the human name Yahshua when he died on the tree. It was that name which was blotted out. Any human name he had was blotted out. Whatever human name you choose to call him, Jesus, Yeshua, or Yahushua does not make a difference. It is gone, blotted out by the law.

In death he lost his human name. When resurrected, did he have a name? Paul reveals that he did have a name in the resurrection. He tells us this in Hebrews 1: 4: “ he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.”  Yes, we must know that name. Peter’s declaration about baptism came after the resurrection of Messiah, so that is the name we need. When Peter spoke to us in the book of Acts, the human name of Messiah was already blotted out. He had to have meant the inherited name.

Now Paul tells us that the inherited name is more excellent. What name was considered excellent? The answer is found in Psalm 148:13: “Let them praise the name of Yahweh: for his name alone is excellent;” We are told the name of Yahweh alone is excellent. The only name that the Messiah could inherit is Yahweh.

Now, perhaps you see why it is important to know what the curse of the law really is.  If you do not know what the true curse is then you cannot understand that Messiah needed to inherit a new name. Without that knowledge you will seek baptism in the wrong or human name of the Messiah. You must get it right. You must be baptized in the name of life, YAHWEHSHUA. The name of Yahshua identifies the blood poured out after death, which absorbed all sin. Yahshua is the name of death.

Salvation in the name of Yahweh is not only revealed in the New Testament. The prophet Joel knew this when he wrote in Joel 2:32: “whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be delivered.” Paul confirms this when he quoted Joel in Romans 10:13: “for whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be saved.” The King James translation does not give you the truth. The English says LORD, while in Hebrew the name is Yahweh.

Messiah warned us in Luke 11:52 that the key of knowledge has been removed. The King James translation did not quote the Hebrew words correctly in that verse from Joel. They used LORD instead of the name of Yahweh.  The Greek translation of Romans 10:13 perpetuated that error by using Lord.

Messiah gave us this important insight in John 8:32: “and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” It is truth that gives us life, not a lie. The human name, Yahshua, is not the name by which we are to be baptized. That would be a lie. The inherited name of YAHWEHSHUA is that true name for baptism. We can only be saved by this name. We are saved by the truth!

There is much more to the truth than this short article reveals. I urge you to read the other articles on this website. Before you do, pray to Yahweh for truth.  Only he can reveal it to you. (John 6: 44)

I encourage you to read critically. Don’t just accept what is written. Look up the Bible references. Send us your questions. But most of all, pray for truth to Yahweh. We are dedicated to help you find the truth. You have no obligation to us. This is a matter that is between you and Yahweh. We are his servants and seek only to do his will.

Remember Matthew 7:7-8:  “ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.  For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; And to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”

This is a promise from the Messiah. He does not lie and will not mislead you. Give him a chance. Ask the Father for truth and pray fervently.  Yes, get down on your knees and cry out to the Father for his truth. This is what I had to do.  Be persistent and don’t give up! May Yahweh bless your efforts.

Who is the Father of "Fake News"?

As I write this following the 2016 presidential election, the term “fake news” is used frequently. Both the Democrats and Republicans claim that their candidates are victims of “fake news”. The Democrats believe their candidate lost because of “fake news”. The Republicans believe that their candidate’s election is marginalized by “fake news”.

“Fake news” is information that is presented as being truthful but in fact is not. It is accepted as true because of the authority of the source, rather than the content. People assume that the source is credible and would have verified its information before being revealed to the public. Many would define this as propaganda. Dictionary.com offers this definition of propaganda:  “information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, etc.”

Actually “fake news” or propaganda is not a new concept. Messiah gave us this insight in John 8:44:

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speak in a lie, he speaking of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

Now we understand from THE most credible source of information, which is Yahshua, the Son of Yahweh, what the origin of “fake news”, propaganda or simply lies, actually is.

Satan, the father of lies, originated “fake news” in the Garden of Eden. Please review this exchange between Satan and Eve in Genesis 3: 1-4:

“Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which Yahweh Elohim had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath Elohim said, ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?  And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden.  But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim hath said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.  And the serpent said unto the woman, ye shall not surely die;”

Satan’s answer was very deceptive. He was referring to spiritual existence, not physical. They did not die physically until much later, which gave them the false idea that the fruit must be acceptable after all, since they did not die immediately. His “fake news” given to Eve became the basis for the doctrine of the immortal soul.

Eve was not able to discern the falseness of the narrative presented by Satan. Why would she trust a serpent? However, the Hebrew word being translated as “snake” is a mistranslation. Satan was a shining being, not a serpent. [1]   Satan was actually an attractive cherub with a lovely voice. Notice this description of Satan in Ezekiel 28: 11-15:

“Moreover the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying, son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say under him, thus saith the sovereign Yahweh; thou sealest the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.  Thou has been in Eden the garden of Elohim; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamonds, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, And gold: the workmanship of thy taberets and of thy pipes was prepared in the day that thou wast created. Thou  art the anointed cherub that covereth ; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of Elohim; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.  Thou was perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.”

Eve did not have a chance. She was distracted by the beauty of the messenger and therefore regarded the message as credible. This is the basis of “fake news“.  The source becomes more significant than the message. This is why we cannot assume truth without careful consideration.

You have come to this website looking for more information about religious knowledge. Our source is the Bible. It should be yours as well. The Bible is venerated for its age and is a recognized authority. But, you should not assume just because it is called the Bible that it always contains the truth.

There are many different translations. Each have their strengths and weaknesses, including the King James version which is highly respected.  One very significant weakness is that it does not retain the name of the creator, Yahweh. The KJV uses “LORD” instead of the Hebrew name, Yahweh.  Instead of Elohim, mighty ones, it uses G-d. This also is deceptive. G-d refers to a pagan or demonic being. This is supported by the Septuagint (commonly referred to as the LXX) translation of Isaiah 65:11, which uses the word “troop” while the LXX translates the same Hebrew word as ton demoni, the devil.

The covert elimination of the name, Yahweh, is very serious. The KJV translators are guilty of what Messiah accused the Pharisees of doing. Messiah said this to the Pharisees in Luke 11:52:  “Woe unto you, lawyers! For ye hath taken away the key of knowledge.”

Messiah was referring to the tradition of the Pharisees not to speak the name of Yahweh. They considered it too sacred. However, this did not come from Yahweh’s word, but from man. The Christian translators adopted this “ineffable name” doctrine and followed in the footsteps of the Pharisees. This ineffable name concept is another example of  “fake news”.  The power of the Pharisees gave it credibility, even though the content was worthless.

There is much information on this website to consider. But do not accept it as truth without prayer and study.  Pray for truth to Yahweh and ask for his guidance.

There is a book titled Shocked by the Bible, written by Joe Kovacs, which points out many misconceptions about the Bible.  Kovacs is a journalist and does not appear to have a denominational agenda. It could be helpful in your study of what is truth in the Bible and what people think the Bible says.

It is also helpful to utilize a Strong’s Concordance for better understanding. It is a great source for fact- checking. When the KJV Bible uses LORD in the Old Testament, look for that word in a Strong’s Concordance. You will find the number 3068. This number represents the Tetragrammaton, Yod Hey Wah Hey, or Yahweh. The English translators ignored the Hebrew word and instead followed the Jewish ineffable name doctrine by using a substitute word. They followed in the footsteps of Satan and his deceptive ways.

When you read Kovacs' book, you will find many revelations about the Bible. That is only a beginning. This is why you must pray for truth to Yahweh. The saving knowledge you need is only revealed by the Father. If He is not calling you at this time, you will be unable to go very far.  (John 6: 44)

We are not calling you. We are not trying to save souls or build membership. We are here to obey the Father and help those He sends us. Should you have questions, please ask. You are never under any obligation to us. We are here because the Father has allowed us to be. He may have directed you to us because he has an invitation for you.

  1. Pray for truth to Yahweh!

YAHWEH'S Pattern for a New Creation: The Saints

Are we not told in Genesis that Yahweh has completed his work of creation?  This is what we read in the book of Genesis:

Genesis 2: 1-3:

“Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.  And on the seventh day Elohim ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.  And Elohim blessed the Sabbath day and sanctified it:  because that in it he had rested from all his work which Elohim created and made.”

It appears that Yahweh has completed some of his work. There are other scriptures that indicate that he had more to do. Please consider these Bible verses:

 Isaiah 65:17:

“For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered or come into mind.”

 Isaiah 66: 22:

“For as the new heavens and the new earth, I will make, shall remain before me, saith Yahweh, so shall your seed and your name remain.”

2 Peter 3:13:

“Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”

Based on these three verses, it appears Yahweh is not finished creating. He did complete a physical creation. However, it appears that what remains to be created is a new spiritual creation. The new earth will be very different than the one we live on now. According to Isaiah, we will not remember the earth we inhabit now.

Yahweh’s new creation is more then just a new earth and heavens. This earth and heavens will also have some new beings as well. Notice what we are told in 2 Corinthians 5:17:  “Therefore if any man be in Messiah, he is a new creation.”

Who are these new beings that are in Messiah? These new beings or Saints will be resurrected when Messiah returns.  They are the 144,000 we were introduced to in Revelation 14:1. The resurrection they participate in is called the better resurrection by Paul in Hebrews 11:35.  In Revelation 20:5, we are told that this is the first resurrection. These are the first new spiritual beings to be created. More will be coming in a later resurrection. These first spirit beings or Saints will be with Messiah when he returns. (Jude 1:14)

Can we learn more about these spirit beings and how they come to be created?  Yes, but first I wish to introduce you to the concept of a “pattern” that Yahweh has revealed.

The first mention of the existence of a pattern is found in Exodus 25: 8-9:  “and let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.  According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall you make it.”

This pattern was revealed to Moses so he could construct the tabernacle in the wilderness. This event was confirmed by Paul in Hebrews 8:5. Paul reveals that the pattern given to Moses was a “shadow of heavenly things.”  That heavenly or spiritual domain existed before the foundation of the world. The tabernacle and its physical design and furnishings can you give us insight into a spiritual reality. We are now in a temporal dimension. This temporal dimension provides us with clues from which we can learn more about the reality of a spiritual dimension.

Moses was not the only person to whom a pattern was revealed. Notice what we are told in 1 Chronicles 28: 10-13:

“Take heed now; for Yahweh has chosen thee to build an house for the sanctuary: be strong and do it. Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses thereof, and of the treasures thereof, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner parlours thereof, and of the place of the Mercy seat, and the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the House of Yahweh and of all the Chambers roundabout, of the treasuries of the dedicated things.  Also for the courses of the priests and Levites, and for all the work of the service of the House of Yahweh, and for all the vessels of service in the house of Yahweh.”

David not only received a revelation about the construction of the new temple but also guidance regarding the development of the priests and Levites.  Instructions for the Levitical priests and Levites were also included in the pattern revealed to both Moses and David.

You’ll note that when the tabernacle was completed, only the high priest and priests were available to serve in that tabernacle.  It was not until the second year that Yahweh instructed Moses to dedicate the Levites to assist the priests.  Once this new role was assigned, Moses was given orders to move to a new location. The Levites were necessary to facilitate this move.

The pattern of the spiritual priesthood or order of Melchizedek is first introduced in Genesis 14.  This was the occasion when Abraham encountered Melchizedek, the king of Salem, the priest of the Most High. In Hebrews 6:20 we were informed that Messiah YahwehShua is, “a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.”  Later a pattern would be revealed to Moses for a physical priesthood.

Aaron was named the Levitical high priest after the spiritual pattern of Melchizedek.  The sons of Aaron and their descendants thereafter are called to be priests.  They follow the spiritual pattern that is yet to be realized in the 144,000 Saints who are to be resurrected when Messiah returns.  The Levites represent the spirit beings that will be selected during the Last Great Day or White Throne Judgment for resurrection into the Kingdom of Yahweh on the new earth.

This pattern can also be seen in the Feast of Tabernacles revealed in Leviticus 23. That was a physical representation of the spiritual reality. This feast was presented for the benefit of the physical Israelites, not the spiritual Israelites. This conclusion is based on Yahweh’s explanation given to Moses in Leviticus 23:42-43:

“Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths.  That your generation may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am Yahweh your Elohim.”

You will note that the Feast of Tabernacles is not included in the doctrine of Messiah presented in Hebrews 6:1-2.  We have no participation in the Day of Atonement (Coverings) or Feast of Tabernacles. The doctrine of Messiah does include the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment.  These are represented by the Feast of Shouting and the Last Great Day or White Throne Judgment, during which the Saints have active roles.

The revelation of the physical and spiritual pattern is very important. This significantly increases our understanding about the Scriptures and Yahweh’s ongoing plan. The Saints are finally able to more deeply understand their calling and purpose. The plan of the ages is for them. This plan was developed and implemented for the sake of the firstfruits or Saints. An alternative translation for Genesis 1: 1 is:  “For the sake of the firstfruits Elohim created the heaven and the earth.”

Peter tells us in Acts 2:38:  “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of YahwehShua Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”   Peter reveals the required first step to become a Saint. Just as the Levitical high priest and priests are first washed, so are the Saints.  The Saints have a different outcome. Upon receiving the Spirit of Messiah in baptism, the seed of Messiah is implanted within them. For the rest of their time on earth, in their physical form, the spirit of Messiah must grow. When that Saint dies, the Spirit of the Messiah must be fully formed within them to qualify them to be in the better resurrection. (Galatians 4: 19)

When you study further into the pattern of the physical versus the spiritual priesthoods, one should inquire about the process of consecration. You will notice that both with the initial consecration of Aaron and his sons, as well as the priests revealed at the beginning of the thousand years, a seven-day period is required. What about the Saints?

The Saints are consecrated during their existence throughout the seven ages. The ages begin with Adam. During this age the genetic code necessary for all mankind was created within Adam. This code was passed through each succeeding generation. Therefore those who are called and chosen to be Saints have completed their time of seven days just like the Levitical priests in the tabernacle. What tabernacle you might ask?  Peter provides this answer in second Peter 1:13-14 when he says:  “Yes, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; knowing that shortly I must put off this tabernacle, even as our Sovereign YahwehShua hath shewed me.“

Peter describes our human body as a tabernacle. Aaron and his sons were in a tabernacle made with hands while all mankind including the Saints are in a tabernacle made without hands. We are in this tabernacle beginning with Adam, second with Noah, third with Abraham, fourth with Moses, fifth with David and sixth during the age of Messiah. The Saints are born during the seventh age when Messiah returns.  We complete our consecration during that age and are revealed during the eighth age or Last Great Day.

The Levitical priests could not minister unto Yahweh without fulfilling the process of consecration. The pattern dictates that a similar requirement exists for the spiritual order of Melchizedek. Just as the seven day requirement is revealed for the physical priesthood, the same is true in the plan of the ages as revealed in Ephesians 3:11. The Saints must complete the seven ages or seven days.  The King James translators render this verse with “eternal purpose” but a better translation is plan of the ages.

In 1 Corinthians 15:50, Paul tells us, “flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom.”  Therefore in the resurrection of the Saints, they are re-created as spirit beings, which allows them to enter the kingdom of Yahweh.  They will no longer face death and be able to, “follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth.” (Revelation 14:4)

Aaron was chosen by Yahweh to be the first Levitical high priest and therefore his sons as priests.  The Saints are called by Yahweh and chosen by Messiah. But are they related to Messiah as the Levitical priests were related to Aaron?  Yes!  The apostle John explains how this can be in 1 John 3:2:  “Beloved, now are we the sons of Yahweh, and it does not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him:  for we shall see him as he is.”

John informs us in John 3:3 that, “Except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of Yahweh.”  All mankind must be changed from physical beings to spiritual beings. The Saints are the firstfruits of this re-creation. When we are baptized and hands laid upon us, the Spirit of Messiah begins to grow within us. If we overcome, that Spirit displaces our physical tabernacle and we are resurrected in the image of Messiah with a spiritual body. We are fashioned after Messiah, as the sons of Aaron possessed their father’s characteristics.

Many are called but few are chosen. (Matthew 20: 16)  However, to be in the first resurrection you must be called, chosen and faithful. (Revelation 17: 14)  To be considered faithful, one must overcome. John reminds us of this in 1 John 3:23:

“And this is his Commandment, that we should believe on the name of his Son YahwehShua Messiah, and love one another, and as he gave us commandment.”

Peter confirms the first part of this reminder from John in Acts 4: 12:  “There is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

John addresses the second part of the above scripture concerning love in 1 John 3:14: “We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.”

Calling on the correct name is fundamental to even entering the race to overcome. The ability to truly love a brother is fundamental to overcoming.

If you believe that you are being called, pray for truth to Yahweh and contact our elders. The first resurrection has very few Saints, only 144,000. Perhaps it is time to discover if you have the potential to become a Saint. This is not an easy path to take, but the rewards are well worth it. Are you interested?

What will happen to your loved ones and other people who are not being called at this time?  Revelation 20:5 provides an answer:  “The rest of the dead live not again until the thousand years are finished.“  Death and the grave are abolished. (Revelation 20: 14) Not one human being is lost. Yahweh is all about love. (1 John 4: 8) We have a strong message of hope and comfort.

Remember what Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:12:  “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”  Notice that we are warned about spiritual wickedness, not human wickedness. We are warned about Satan and his demons. All mankind and all angels will be in the new heavens and earth. They will all be spirit beings. However, some will be in New Jerusalem and some outside the walls.

If you are called and chosen, and if you are able to overcome unto death you will be in the better resurrection. When the new heavens and earth are created you will be in New Jerusalem. As part of this new creation you will have no memory of how you came to be there. There will be no more sin, curses, sickness, death, war, regrets or loneliness. You will be one with Messiah and the Father. You will be a new creation with opportunities we cannot fully comprehend. Since you are reading this article perhaps this is your invitation, your calling. Stop and consider!

“Ask and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be open unto you. (Matthew 7: 7)

The Mystery of Consecration

The first reference to the necessity of consecration is found in Exodus 28:3:  “and thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron’s garments, to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priests office.”

The Levitical priests had to be consecrated before they could, “minister“ unto Yahweh as priests. You can learn more about this required ceremony by reading Exodus 29 and Leviticus 8. These chapters describe the process of consecration that Moses supervised.

There is another consecration in the future for the Levitical priesthood. This will occur at the beginning of the 1000-year reign of Messiah. Reference to this event is found in Ezekiel 43:27:  “seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it, and they shall consecrate themselves.”

You will note that the Levitical priests who are called to officiate during Messiah’s reign must “consecrate” themselves.  No supervision is mentioned. There is no leadership like Moses mentioned. The ceremony is very different than the one you find in Exodus 29 and Leviticus 8. There is one consistent similarity: it requires seven days to be consecrated. On the eighth day they are ready to minister before Yahweh. (Leviticus 9:1; Ezekiel 43: 26-27)

Where did this requirement of consecration come from?  To answer this we must look at the “pattern” given to Moses in Exodus 25:9:  “According to all that I [Yahweh] shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and a pattern of all the instruments there of, even so shall ye make it.”

This pattern was for the Tabernacle. Yahweh also provided David similar guidance for the temple. We find this in first Chronicles 28:11:  “Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses thereof, and of the treasures there of, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner parlours thereof, and of the place of the Mercy Seat.”

Yahweh personally provided Moses and David with detailed instructions. Yahweh does things very precisely. There is no room for failure. Yahweh is not the author of confusion. (1 Corinthians 14:33)

The patterns given to Moses and David are based on heavenly realities. Even the detail of the lampstand or candlestick was subject to the guidance provided by Yahweh. Paul tells us in Hebrews 8:2 that there is a “true tabernacle“. What Moses and David supervised were just imperfect examples of the perfect spiritual reality.

The Scriptures are very clear about the requirements Yahweh has for the buildings and their contents. What about the priesthood? Paul gives us this insight in Hebrews 8:5: “who [the Levitical Priests] serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things.“

As there is a true tabernacle and earthly tabernacle, there is a heavenly priesthood and an earthly priesthood.  The earthly priesthood is the Aaronic or Levitical priesthood. The heavenly priesthood is the order of Melchizedek.

Messiah is the High Priest of the order of Melchizedek. Aaron was the first Levitical High Priest and his sons followed in his footsteps. Messiah could not be a high priest here on earth. (Hebrews 8:4)  He was not of the lineage of Levi or Aaron.  He is and has been the heavenly high priest of the order of Melchizedek.  It was he who has always existed and was the high priest who met with Abraham. (Genesis 14: 18)

We know who the High Priest is for the Order of Melchizedek.  Who are the priests?  The priests under the Levitical High Priest were descendants of Aaron. The priests of the order of Melchizedek are the firstfruits, the elect, or the saints who are resurrected when Messiah returns.   These were called by the Father and chosen by Messiah. These were known by the Father and Son from the foundation of the world. (Matthew 25:34; Romans 8:29; 1 Peter 1:2)

The elect are called and chosen to have the key of knowledge revealed to them. (Luke 11:52)  With that key, they are able to enter the path that leads them to the better resurrection and participation in the priesthood of the order of Melchizedek.  Messiah is the door through which they must enter. (John 10:9)

Once baptized in the great name of YahwehShua, they receive the down payment of Messiah’s Spirit through the laying on of hands. They are not without sin but have the ability to repent and have an advocate always available to speak on their behalf. Through this process we are now the sons (in the Greek the word children is used rather than sons) of Yahweh. (1 John 3:2)  As sons we are able to be priests in the order of Melchizedek under the authority of our High Priest YahwehShua.  Our relationship with YahwehShua is similar to that held between the Levitical high priest and their descendants.  We too, are being prepared to be priests in the order of Melchizedek. (1 Peter 2:5; 2:9)

Let’s review what we have learned.  There is a pattern that allows the heavenly things to be reflected in our physical reality. There was an earthly Tabernacle and Temple as well as a sanctuary revealed to Ezekiel for the 1000-year reign of Messiah. There is also a heavenly priesthood as well as an earthly priesthood.

But notice that the physical Aaronic priesthood was required to become consecrated.  This process required seven days of being confined in the Tabernacle. On the eighth day and precisely on the eighth day, they would emerge and be allowed to serve before Yahweh.

If there is a physical requirement of consecration for the Levitical priesthood, what about the 144,000 priests who are to be in the better resurrection?  They are resurrected during the seventh age which is also the seventh day of their consecration.  They will spend 1000 years of our time or one day of Yahweh’s time to complete this process of consecration.  During the next or eighth age they emerge and then are fully qualified to serve before Yahweh.

What is their service?  They are to be judges. They will judge angels. (1 Corinthians 6:3)  They will also judge the 12 tribes. (Matthew 19:28)  Remember what John tells us in John 5:22:  “For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son.”

Paul taught us that we are the image of Messiah. (Romans 8:29)  John teaches us that we “shall be like him.” (1 John 3: 2)  Therefore, our first major responsibility is to judge all angels and the rest of mankind. This is only the beginning. Our duties will grow and develop in the new heavens and earth. (Isaiah 65:17; 2 Peter 3:13)

When did the consecration of the saints begin?  The physical genetic code for all the saints as well as all mankind was created within Adam.  Yahweh guarded the existence of that genetic material until the time for each person’s physical birth.  Ninety nine percent of the genetic material that is found in each human cell is the same for all humans. The remaining amount of genetic material produces the variations that we find among mankind.

While this is very interesting, what Scriptural basis do we have to make these statements?  In Hebrews 7: 10 you find this very interesting information: “For he [Levi] was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.“  What this tells us is that the genetic material that became Levi was already in the loins of Abraham at a much earlier time.  Additional information is available regarding the existence of the genetic code in the narrative concerning Jacob and Laban found in Genesis chapter 30.  I would suggest that you do some additional reading about the science of genetics and the genetic code.  A helpful website is:

 https:  www.sciencedaily.com/terms/genetic_code.htm.

The genetic code and the plan of the ages (Ephesians 3: 11) are concepts that help explain when the consecration of the saints began and when it is to be completed.  The plan of the ages is as follows:

1             Adam

2             Noah

3             Abraham

4             Moses

5             David

6             The man, Messiah Yahshua

7             The firstfruits:  Messiah YahwehShua and his saints

8             The completion of consecration for the saints and the beginning of judgment.

The first seven periods of the plan of the ages represents the first seven days that the Levitical priests were consecrated. The eighth age represents the completion of consecration for the saints just as the eighth day represented the completion of consecration for the Levitical priests.

The pattern of consecration is repeated in the plan of the ages. (Ephesians 3:11)  The genetic material which had been created within Adam was expressed during each age as determined by Yahweh. The 144,000 saints were not programmed to arrive until the sixth age and be resurrected in the seventh age.  These saints will complete the process of consecration at the end of the seventh age and be presented as judges in the eighth age.  This insight regarding the saints is consistent with the physical pattern required of the Levitical priests. The consecration of the Aaronic priesthood is in fact, patterned after OUR spiritual consecration.

The purpose of the ages was to permit the preparation or consecration of the new priests who were selected to be with Messiah when he returns.  Yahweh has given us a revelation in Genesis 1:1 that adds to our understanding.  He has, in fact, declared the end from the beginning. (Isaiah 46:10)

The Scriptures contain much information about our future.  An example of this insight begins in Genesis 1:1 where the existence of the firstfruits is introduced.  The traditional translation of this verse from the King James Version is as follows:

“In the beginning g-d created the heaven and the earth.”   My alternative translation, which is taken from the Hebrew, offers this insight:  “for the sake of the firstfruit Elohim [mighty ones] created the heaven and earth.”

The Hebrew word that is translated “in the beginning“ is bereshith.  This Hebrew word consists of a preposition, be, and the feminine, singular noun, reshith.  The preposition can be translated in multiple ways:  in, for the sake, of, etc. The noun, reshith, has the meaning of firstfruits, Strong’s number 7225.

We are told in 1 Corinthians 15:23 that Messiah is the first of the firstfruits.  In James 1:18, the saints, are called a “kind of firstfruits.”

Both the Hebrew and the Greek word for firstfruits is a feminine singular noun.  From Genesis to Revelation, the firstfruits are revealed.  (Revelation 14:4)  We are able to know the end from the beginning.

HalleluYah!
